This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and describes the processing of personal data carried out as part of the subscription to our newsletter.

The personal data processed includes, but is not limited to:

These data are provided directly by the interested party when subscribing to the newsletter.

The personal data collected are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Send informative and promotional communications relating to the activities of the Lester Foundation, via the newsletter.
Carry out anonymous statistical analyzes on the use of the service to improve it.

4. Legal Basis of Processing

The data processing is based on the free and specific consent of the interested party, expressed at the time of subscribing to the newsletter. The provision of data is optional, but failure to consent makes it impossible to send the newsletter.

The processing of personal data will be carried out using IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, as well as protection of the privacy and rights of the interested party.
